Lake Guntersville State Park - April 1 - 4, 2010

Over Easter weekend, took the camper out to Lake Guntersville State Park in Guntersville, AL. We decided to drive out Thursday night to make sure we got a good site and it paid off. We got Site E-31, Electric/Water. Close to the water, right across from the bath house.

Don't have any activities to report, cause there weren't any. Drove into work on Friday, but the rest of the weekend was just spent sitting at the campsite, strolling around, and chatting with folks that dropped by.

Here are some pictures of the site.

The view from my chair as I sat reading and chillin

Some pictures around the campground.

Lake Guntersville always has beautiful sunsets!

Back home again, pushed her in the garage and plugged her in to clean up later!! I LOVE my T@B garage.

Coming next, Mountain Stream RV Park in Marion, NC. A T@B rally in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I also just heard that I-40 is opening back up after the landslide, WooHoo!!
Thanks for reading!!

Thank you so much for posting these pictures. We visited Lake Guntersville State Park this weekend (3-29-12 to 3-31-12) and they are rebuilding. I was afraid I would forget what it used to look like. But, your pictures capture so much of what it used to look like. God Bless you!

Sincerely,
